About your volleyball coach
I'm Flavio, Argentine Olympic coach (Beijing 2008, London 2012) with +100 medals. I help athletes raise their sports performance with 100% personalized plans: initial evaluation of your physical condition, technical, nutrition; neuroscience (Fitlight, strobe lenses), technique, strength, speed-power and recovery. Neuromuscular activation, main session and tips for the next few days. It is high-performance technique and training for your sport, adapted to your life. Ready to raise you level ?
