Beginner training plan
Your first trainingPassing Basics- The most important part of the game, defense and serve receive.
Training 2-3Serving Basics- step by step basics of overhand serving.
Training 4-10Attacks- learning the approach and swing to score points!
Training 11+Setting- learn the fundamentals of setting the ball for your teammates.
What you need to bringBring plenty of water!
For indoor lessons, bring knee pads and arm sleeves if you prefer.
What I can bringFor outdoor lessons, I’ll bring a volleyball and we can use the equipment provided at the park.
For indoor lessons, all equipment will be provided.
