Beginner training plan
Your first trainingWe start with passing fundamentals and understanding having a good platform surface. Basic toss and pass drills; wall reaction drills, age and skill level serving fundamentals.
Training 2-3Lots of repetition of fundamental passing, angles, footwork, and vocalization (calling for the ball.)
Training 4-10 A steady and gradually progressing flow toward in system setting and attacking.
Training 11+Putting it all together, arm swing, jumping drills, diving for a ball.
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingPassing and serving evaluation to see where the player is with fundamental skills.
Training 2-3Drills designed to improve footwork, tracking the ball and angles. Passing to target work. Arm swing, setting, overhand serve work.
Training 4-10Advance towards diving on hardwood floor, court coverage and communication. In system play- bump set spike.
