Your first lessonIntroducing the game of Volleyball
1. Warm-Up
• Light jogging, high knees, arm circles
• Dynamic stretches (shoulders, wrists, legs)
• Quick partner toss and catch to get used to the ball

2. Introduce Volleyball Basics
• Objective: Send the ball over the net and keep it off the ground
• Explain 3 hits max per side
• Show court boundaries and net
• explain positions
3. Teach Basic Skills
A. Forearm Pass (Bump)
• Hands formations
• Bend knees, flat platform
• Use legs, not arms
• Practice: Partner toss → bump → catch
B. Underhand Serve
Fun but effected games to better your skills
Lesson 11+Students should expect to be comfortable getting the serve up and over (overhand serving) consistently, have controlled passing and setting, purposefully attacks, and strong defensive positions
Lesson 4-10For Volleyball Lessons 4–10, students should expect a steady shift from learning individual skills to playing the game with structure, strategy, and confidence.
Lesson 2-3For Lessons 2–3 in volleyball, students should expect to build on the basics from Lesson 1, learn new skills, and start playing in more realistic game situations.
