Your first lessonI approach the first lesson by teaching the rules of volleyball first
Lesson 11+Embracing the learning process is key. It may seem tough at first, but with practice and patience, you'll master it and love the journey.
Lesson 4-10Thirdly, the athlete has to build strength and agility. Prioritize movement and positioning while on the volleyball court.
Lesson 2-3 Secondly, I focus on the fundamentals of volleyball, including passing, serving, and setting.
What you need to bringThe student will need to bring knee pads, ankle waist(depends on the age), dump bells and volleyball resistance bands.
