Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduce myself and build rapport with the athlete. Go over short and long term goals with them and/or parent in the sport. Execute basic drills to see baseline of skill development.
Lesson 11+Review/celebrate accomplishment of short term goals and reassess long term goal.
Lesson 4-10Review short and long term goals and revise from progression thus far. In cooperate skill progression in added difficulty within reason to current standpoint.
Lesson 2-3Review short and long term goals and reflect on previous lesson. Continue to build rapport with athlete and guardians to progress in skill development.
