Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will give a brief introduction about my experience with coaching and playing volleyball. I will request a tryout from each student to determine what area they can be best and which one needs work to improve. ( every training session a stretching is required)
Lesson 11+Will step up practice to a competitive levels.
Lesson 4-10By 4th session each student is determined for the strong position in court . Practicing all basics plays and as we go the practice will get intensive with more playing rotations and advanced techniques.
Lesson 2-3Stretching, 20 volleys , 20 pumps, 20 spikes, jumping technique for blocking and spiking.
Some quick drills in moving to get the ball to the setters…..

Your first lessonI will be advising certain methods of my experience in coaching to advance the players strength.
Youth players
Working with kidsMake sure the kids are enjoying playing by providing a fun atmosphere practicing volleyball
Working with teenagersPractice and games will prove how much teenagers can learn to be a better player and improve their skills and performance, at times it would be challenging if players won’t comply at all
What you need to bringVolleyball tennis shoes, proper and comfortable jplaying clothes( short or long, shirts and pants) only bottle water.
What I can bringNets, volleyballs, stretching ropes, some weights.
