In later lessons, players will focus on advanced skill development and full gameplay. This includes refining techniques, improving consistency under pressure, and understanding strategy. The goal is to build confidence, communication, and overall game IQ.
Lessons four through ten will focus on improving skill execution and introducing game-like situations. Players will continue developing passing, setting, hitting, and serving while adding movement, timing, and decision-making. Drills will include serve receive, hitting lines and transition drills.Players will also learn basic rotations, court awareness, and teamwork.
Second and third lessons will focus on building fundamental skills and consistency. Players will work on passing, setting, and serving technique with an emphasis on proper form and communication. Drills will include partner passing, target serving, and controlled peppering to develop ball control. We will also start introducing basic movement and court positioning.
The first lesson will focus on evaluating each playerβs skill level, positional strengths, and overall game IQ. Players will go through high-tempo drills such as serve receive, transition work, and controlled scrimmages to assess consistency and decision-making. Emphasis will be placed on communication, effort, and understanding team systems.
