About your volleyball coach
I played NCAA D1 beach volleyball at UC Berkeley.Before that, I grew up playing both club indoor and beach volleyball, was a varsity player all four years of high school, and had the privilege to be a part of the USAV High Performance program during my junior years. Now I coach at Lakeside high school and middle school and I am a mental resilience coach at Podio Sports. I love to play still as much as I can so I play in adult leagues throughout the greater Seattle area.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will start with introductions and a good warm up before we start our lesson. The lesson will include honing in on the basics by focusing on everything from footwork, arm/ hand movement, and mindset. I will cater to the student’s level and needs for their volleyball and sport mindset goals.
What you need to bringWater, volleyball shoes, and knee pads.
What I can bringI bring my own balls and ball cart if needed. I will also reserve the court.
