Your first lessonWe would warm up with a little game of pepper to see wheee your skills lie. If there is a particular skill you would like to improve upon, let’s discuss that and implement some practice strategies.
Lesson 2-3Improvement in passing, setting, serving & hitting.
Youth players
Working with kidsI would base my lessons off of the younger players basic skill level and work on proper skill technique and repetition and different game-like scenarios.
Working with teenagersAgain this would depend on the teenagers skill level.
