Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst, we will get started on ukulele basics in terms of tuning, fingering and basic music theory.
Lesson 11+Students could expect to get a comprehensive knowledge of music theory and ukulele technique! You would receive instruction on fingering, strumming patterns and complex chord progressions.
Lesson 4-10I often encourage collaboration with other artists and possible performance opportunities as per the student's interest
Lesson 2-3As soon as you purchase your ukulele, we can get started on the Hal Leonard curriculum and choosing some fun repertoire to work in periphery.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAdvanced players are usually well versed in strumming patterns and chord progressions! We would work the concepts of music theory, sight reading and possible performance application.
Lesson 11+I often recommend in-person performance opportunities as well as professional recording sessions to develop more artistic collaboration and distinctive creative growth.
Lesson 4-10I highly recommend artistic collaboration and performance opportunities as per the student's interest.
Lesson 2-3With an advanced player, it's important to identify the minute steps that may have been missed in their formative training. Together we would assess any potential academic weaknesses and strengthen as we proceed.
