Over three decades of experience have instilled in me a deep understanding of track and field. I'm passionate about fostering a love for the sport while helping athletes of all levels reach their full potential. Let's hit the track together and unlock your athletic potential! I have also coach olympic, gold, silver and bronze medalist from the Sydney and the Athens olympics.
