Your first trainingsession
Day 1 – Running Fundamentals
* 5–10 min easy warm-up
* Dynamic movements: high knees, butt kicks, leg swings
* Running-form drills: A-march, A-skip, straight-leg runs
* 4 × 20 m easy accelerations
* 4 × 30 m accelerations at 70–80%
* 5–10 min easy cooldown
Training 2-3Day 2 – Coordination + Strength
* Warm-up
* Ladder or cone drills: 10–15 min
* 4 × 20 m starts
* Bodyweight squats: 2 × 10
* Lunges: 2 × 8 each leg
* Glute bridges: 2 × 10
* Calf raises: 2 × 12
* Plank: 2 × 20–30 sec
