Tennis has been my lifeblood since the age of 4. Growing up, I proudly represented Ukraine on the national junior team, consistently ranking among the top 3 players in my country. My passion and talent led me to compete at the Division 1 collegiate level, playing for a top 50 NCAA team. My college career was marked by both individual and team success, including victories in prize money tournaments and championship titles in the Big South and Sun Belt conferences. Now, I'm eager to share my wealth of experience and inspire others to reach their full potential on the court.

Beginner training plan

Your first lessonOn the first lesson I’ll show fundamentals of the two main shots in tennis which are forehand and backhand. Progression drills that I use will help beginners to get the feel of the sport and will provide them with basic technique for two main shots in tennis.

Lesson 11+As basic fundamentals of all shots were developed I would start immersing the student into a match play where strategic and mental aspects of the game would be presented.

Lesson 4-10After basic fundamentals of the game were presented to the student we would start on learning the fundamentals of the serve which is most important shot after you learned forehand and backhand. I’ll use progressions that help student of any age to develop the serve in 2-5 lessons by doing those progressions where they would be able to make 3-5 serves in a row with a correct technique. After that we would start on learning the volley game wich requires a lot of time working on right form and movement when the player is at the net.

Lesson 2-3On the second lesson, we will continue building right technique through the progression drills from the first lesson. Then, when the student gets comfortable with the swings we would continue with live ball hitting where we would try rally focusing on consistency and maintaining right technique. At the 3 level the student can expect to hit 10-20 balls in a row down the middle.
