Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduction to tennis basics: grip, racket control, and simple movement. We focus on mini tennis, coordination, and building comfort hitting the ball. Goal is to develop feel, confidence, and correct technique from the start.
Lesson 11+Focus on match play, strategy, and refining technique. Players work on consistency under pressure, shot selection, and court awareness. Development of stronger serves, returns, and rally patterns. Emphasis on playing points, scoring, and building confidence in real game situations.
Lesson 4-10Focus on improving consistency, control, and movement. Players develop reliable rallies, learn directional hitting (crosscourt/down the line), and build a more confident serve. Introduction to point play, basic strategy, and game understanding.
Lesson 2-3Introduction to forehand and backhand fundamentals, along with basic rallying. Players begin learning footwork, positioning, and consistency. Simple serve technique is introduced.
