Your first lessonIntroduce overview of (Tennis) lessons. We will be working on technique and positioning and tactical parts of the (Tennis). Learn basic forehand and footwork.
Lesson 11+we will look to get into match play. And look to fine-tune whatever holes you have in your game and seek to improve on groundstrokes.
Lesson 4-10Introduce serve, volley, overhead smash, and introducing rally patterns.
Lesson 2-3Rally practice. Focusing on consistency and control.
Introducing two handed backhand and the proper swing path for the stroke.
Review both backhand and forehands into a rally setting
