Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduction to tennis: basic equipment, court dimensions and basic rules. Teach the grip, introduce the ready position and basic footwork. Practice simple hand-eye coordination drills.
Lesson 11+Advanced shots and match play.
Lesson 4-10Building on skills and game play with serve basics, rallying, and scoring and rules. Game situations, strategy and tactics, and fun games.
Lesson 2-3Fundamental skills development including forehand and backhand. Continue rallying to reinforce the skills.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAssessment and goal setting include evaluating strengths and weaknesses, Introducing lesson plan to their objective.
