Your first lessonInitial assessment focused on evaluating strengths, weaknesses, stroke mechanics, movement patterns, and overall consistency. This session establishes technical fundamentals and builds a structured development plan moving forward.
Lesson 2-3Emphasis on improving foundational technique, footwork, and consistency while reinforcing proper form on all major strokes.
Lesson 4-10Continued technical development with focus on control, movement efficiency, serve progression, and applying fundamentals through structured drills and point play.
