Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be spent assessing overall technique, fitness level, and overall mindset/purpose the player wants to get out of the lessons.
Lesson 11+After at least 10 lessons have been done, lessons will move towards full length match style training along with more advanced physical drills in order to keep improving the fundementals.
Lesson 4-10Once a good base has been setup for the player, we will go through match-play style drills, and focus more on shot selection during points.
Lesson 2-3Based on where they land from the initial session, players will go through drills to improve fundemental stroke technique and footwork.
