Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will talk about the architecture of the tennis court. We will practice holding the raquet correctly and the position of the body. Will shoot some balls.
Lesson 11+We will start playing at the net and try some serves.
Lesson 4-10Practice, practice, practice...all from the base line.
Lesson 2-3We will continue practicing what we have learned during lesson 1 and we will add more elements, such as foot work and its importance.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWarm up. Evaluate skills and weaknesses. Hit ground shots.
Lesson 11+Play matches
Lesson 4-10Practice, practice,practice
Lesson 2-3Ask the player if they have any specific areas where they need improvement. If yes, practice those. If not, focus on turning weaknesses into strengths.
Youth players
Working with kidsWarm up, play games to keep them focused on the court, entertain, and train them all at the same time.
Working with teenagersWarm ups, build muscule memory through various exercises, play, and practice.
What you need to bringA tennis racquet, proper shoes, first aid, bottle of water, sunscreen, a hat.
What I can bringI can provide a basket with tennis balls. The student is responsible for bringing a tennis racquet. If the student has a desire for more intense core work, I can provide on-the court equipment and exercises for that too.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
