Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe’ll hit balls on the first lesson. We’ll go through a quick introduction, talk about goals, and start an assessment to gauge your current game and playing style. If this is your first time, we’ll keep things to fundamentals.
Lesson 2-3In lessons 2-3 we will work on improving one facet of your game to observable success, possibly two facets depending on how quickly I see improvement.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 will incorporate the improvements into a match setting. During these lessons we will round out the rest of your game and identify what you’re comfortable (and uncomfortable) with .We’ll do a combination of technical practice, but incorporate match scenarios in order to put the game plan into action. i
Lesson 11+From lessons 11 and on, we will fine tune your game so you have a substantive approach to your future matches.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe will talk through some of your recent matches and highlight whats been successful or what has caused losses. We’ll hit balls, and work towards building out a plan to strengthen the weapons and mitigate the weaknesses.
