Former All-American tennis player who made a mark on the ITA Collegiate All-Star team, finishing the season ranked #1 in doubles and #6 in singles (2004-06). Transitioning from a rising star on the professional tennis circuit, including appearances in all four grand slams, I redirected my focus to empowering adults and youth in her community. I've redirected my focus to empowering adults and youth in my community, believing in the connection between mind, body, and soul to unlock their fullest potential. Tennis opened doors in my life, and now, my passion is influencing others on their transformative journeys. Recently, I've ventured into writing with my book, "Red Lie, Green Lie, 123," inspired by my spiritual odyssey. It's now a key part of my curriculums, allowing me to impact lives through physical and emotional education. Let's embark on this journey together!

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.
And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
