I bring over a decade of coaching experience in tennis and pickleball, helping athletes reach their full potential through focused, athlete-centered training. After competing in tennis at the highest level, I now actively compete in pickleball tournaments, combining high-level insight with a fun, competitive environment.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson focuses on building comfort with the racket and ball while introducing basic grips and simple rally concepts. We prioritize fun, movement, and early success through cooperative activities. By the end, players should feel confident making consistent contact and starting short rallies.
Lesson 2-3Players begin developing consistency on forehands and backhands while improving footwork and spacing. We introduce simple rally patterns and directional control. Serving basics are also introduced to start building confidence in starting points.
Lesson 4-10The focus shifts to improving consistency, control, and shot selection during longer rallies. Players learn to serve, return, and begin understanding basic court positioning and point construction. Drills become more dynamic, with an emphasis on movement and game-like situations.
Lesson 11+Players continue refining technique while developing strategy, consistency under pressure, and match play skills. We incorporate live points, scoring, and situational drills to build confidence in real play. The goal is to transition players into competitive and independent play.
