Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI would explain to them how tennis works and all that they have to do.
Lesson 11+I would teach them how to smash,volley , how to do a drop shot, slice, overhead, how to do the split step, how to do an open stan, how to do winners, how to serve.
Lesson 4-10I would teach them how to hit forehand and backhand.
Lesson 2-3I would teach them how to grab the racquet and the moves.
