Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson I will start by teaching the students the right grips, unit turns and footwork.
Lesson 2-3In the follow up lessons we will diver deeper into technique and start to work on serving technique as well as volleys.
Lesson 4-10While also still working on technique we will focus on rallying, and how to keep score.
Lesson 11+By 11* lessons you will have a good grasp on all technicals aspects of the game, while also knowing how to play points to prepare you to play with your friends or family.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonIll start fhe the first lesson off by asking students what are their three main goals for their game. From there, I start to study your technique, your contact points, and footwork through hitting back and forth with me.
Lesson 2-3In the follow up lessons, we still start working on the areas that need the most improvement while also making the strengths in your game sharper.
