Beginner training plan
Your first lessonYour first lesson will be how to use your body in tennis. That includes stretching properly and warming up. I will give you an introduction to your forehand, the basic concept of topspin and how to hold your racquet properly.
Lesson 11+The sky is really the limit! You only get what you put in.
Lesson 4-10The student should have an understanding of topspin on both wings forehand and backhand and controlled volleys.
Lesson 2-3Your second and third lessons will include the backhand ( single-handed or two) and volleys and mastering the net game.
Youth players
Working with kidsPatience is really the key when working with kids a lot of them have a very short attention span. You know the old saying " You can catch flies with honey than with vinegar."
