Lesson 2-3Lesson Packages
Goal: • 1–3 Lessons (The Foundation): ". This program provides a structured athletic outlet for local residents, focusing on skill acquisition, fitness, and community engagement.
THE 5-POINT CURRICULUM
Forehand & Backhand: Form correction and consistency training.
The Serve: Technical initiation and placement mastery.
Net Play: Volleys, overheads, and strategic positioning.
Mental Tactics: Match focus and point construction.
Local Competition: Preparing students for town ladders and matches.
