Your first lessonFirst lesson we would go over the basics of how to hold a racket and the different forms to hit a ball.
Lesson 2-3We would go over the basics again but with more emphasis on getting used to making contact with ball and moving.
Lesson 4-10Reinforce the basics of forehand and backhand and introduce serving and volleying.
Lesson 11+Be more proficient in their overall tennis game and be able to hold a consistent rally.
Youth players
Working with teenagersWhen working with teenagers it changes a bit more in which I emphasize more on form and developing good habits while also including more fun drills.
What you need to bringStudents just need to make sure to bring water and a racket if they have a preferred racket.

I've been playing tennis for about 8-9 years and have had the opportunity to coach high school tennis for 2-3 years. Additionally, I played a semester of tennis in college, which deepened my love for the sport. Coaching has been a rewarding experience, allowing me to share my passion and skills with younger players. Tennis has truly shaped my life, both on and off the court.
