Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson I will spend time analyzing your basic understanding of the game understanding your level of play. I will feed forehands, backhands and even incorporate exciting games!
Lesson 2-3In the 2nd and 3rd lessons we will focus on teaching you backhand and forehand skills, trying to increase power and control in these vital shots.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 will focus on further developing your strokes and will begin to develop a serve as well as footwork.
Lesson 11+The rest of the lessons will be geared towards your personal needs, the goal is to get you to a point where you can play a tennis match!
