Beginner training plan
Your first lesson•First we will go over the basics of tennis. Scoring and how to play officially , the name of all the different types of shots, and start with hitting short court shots to get you used to the timing of hitting .
Lesson 11+• Same goes for the eleventh + lessons , the lesson will be carefully chosen and taught through what is necessary to work on at that moment.
Lesson 4-10• For the fourth lesson, a big piece of tennis is the footwork and the way you approach the tennis ball, I would focus the lesson on the correct footwork when approaching an open or closed stance position. As well as the positions like closed, and open stance when it comes to your forehand and backhand . •The fifth lesson would be over volleys. In short, how to volley, technique, footwork, anticipation methods, and other little exercises to help. • The sixth lesson would be over the overhead , which will help with your serve lesson in the future. The whole lesson will not just be overheads, we will incorporate volleys, overheads, and ground strokes. • The seventh lesson would be over the serve. One of the hardest shots to learn in tennis. We will go over the technique, do a couple exercises to get your body, mind and muscles used to the correct technique. • The eighth lesson would be the serve along with the emphasis of having a good toss. Once that is nailed down, we will then go through a simulation of an actual point , where you serve and play out the points. • The Ninth & Tenth Lesson will be carefully constructed when the player gets closer to that particular lesson.
Lesson 2-3• The second and third lessons is where we start diving into specifics. For example, a full forehand lesson . But not just you hitting forehands, I will be diving deep into the technique and give you critics as you hit . Slowly you will adapt more and get used to the correct technique and how it will feel if you hit the ball in the right technique. • The third lesson could be a backhand lesson, with the same approach as the forehand one .

What you need to bringA Racket, Positive Attitude, and willingness to learn! Strive to be a “Sponge” and take in as much information and knowledge as possible.

What I can bringI will have Tennis Balls, Racket for myself, and a couple backup rackets if needed.
