Your first lessonWe will talk about roles of tennis, grip adjustment on different shots and what can be our goal moving forward. And of course we will play and have fun.
Lesson 11+Working on consistency, transition game, sliding on hard court in case your athletic condition allows that and all the tactics against different types of of opponents
Lesson 4-10We will start diving into creating top spin, shot selection and learning volleys and serve
Lesson 2-3We will be mostly focused on forehand, backhand and footwork.
