Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first session will be about finding your level and what you want to improve on. It’s all about the client and what they want to accomplish.
Lesson 11+More of the same from lessons 4-10
Lesson 4-10The remaining lessons will be focused on technique and spin, because at the end of the day, many beginners just want to be able to hold a rally with their partner.
Lesson 2-3These lessons will be about pinpointing the areas that need to be worked on, I will pinpoint weak areas
based off of rallying and feeding.
Youth players
Working with kidsThis is my favorite age group to teach, because it brings me back to the days of learning the basics and mechanics of tennis. Through fun and supportive lessons, I will engage with each player and find ways to simplify the serve, ground strokes and volleys in order to make them more repeatable.
Working with teenagersThis will be more drill-based, developing footwork as a teenager is vital and is just as important as the mechanics of each stroke.
