Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI start by keeping things simple and comfortable. We’ll cover basic grips, ready position, movement, and a few easy forehand and backhand drills so I can see your coordination and starting level. The goal is to build confidence, make solid contact, and leave the first lesson understanding the basics without feeling overwhelmed.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2–3 focus on building consistency with your forehand and backhand, improving footwork, and learning basic rally skills. We’ll start connecting movement with shot technique so you can keep the ball in play with more control.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4–10 focus on building a reliable forehand and backhand, improving movement, and developing better control and consistency. We’ll also gradually introduce serving and work toward keeping simple rallies going with confidence.
Lesson 11+We will focus on building consistency, control, and confidence in real rallies. We’ll continue improving technique, footwork, serving, and point play while gradually introducing more strategy and match-based drills.
