Your first lessonYou will learn and/or perform the same basics skills you learned or performed as a child: tossing and catching, moving naturally, and simplified techniques.
What you need to bringDress comfortably in your favorite athletic wear, tennis shoes with good traction and support, a cap if necessary, and water for hydration. And most important, bring an open mind to learning something new!
