Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will analyze how they play and see their passion for the sport and what I can first start off teaching.
Lesson 11+The rest of the lessons will be based on real sceneries and matches. I will teach every strategy on how to win a match and what to do and how to play based off of your opponents game.
Lesson 4-10I will start by feeding balls and having my student try and hit it into the court using proper motions and swings like I had taught. I will also implement strategies like cross court forehands and backhands and down the line. The. we will get into working on serves.
Lesson 2-3I will start to teach proper technique for the correct way to hit a ball. I will also start with basic footwork like a split step.
