Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will always be an assessment of your skills and how comfortable you are with hitting the tennis ball in various locations.
Lesson 11+It’s on and actual match play formulas are put into play to teach and earn points to win matches.
Lesson 4-10Actual exposure to good quality hitters that know how to read the ball before starting actual game playing.
Lesson 2-3Most beginners will begin making steady contact within several weeks of play. Mini tennis will be a good start to developing eye and feet coordination.
What you need to bringA healthy attitude and a want to improve not just at tennis but discipline. Equipment is important but knowing what to buy is first.
What I can bringCoaches, should carry additional racquets with them at all times. Balls, cones, and motivational skills to assess and correct.
