The first lesson focuses on building a strong foundation. Players will learn basic grips, athletic ready position, and simple swing fundamentals for the forehand and backhand. Emphasis is on hand-eye coordination, balance, and making clean contact through easy drop feeds and cooperative drills. The goal is to get the player comfortable rallying and enjoying the game right away.
After lesson eleven, training becomes more personalized based on the playerβs goals and progress. Focus shifts toward consistency under pressure, better movement, shot selection, and match play scenarios. Players continue refining technique while learning how to compete, keep score, and play full points with confidence. The objective is long-term improvement and enjoyment of the game.
From lessons four through ten, players build confidence and expand their skill set. This stage includes improved rallying, serve development, return basics, volleys, and overheads. Players are introduced to scoring, positioning, and simple tactics such as hitting crosscourt and recovering to the middle. Point-based drills and modified games help connect technique to real match situations.
During lessons two and three, players continue developing their groundstrokes while improving consistency and control. We introduce basic footwork patterns, directional hitting, and movement to the ball. Players will also begin learning simple net play concepts and an introduction to the serve motion. Drills are still controlled but start to feel more game-like.
