Local Oviedo tennis coach with over 20 years of playing experience and over 7 years of teaching experience! I am also a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional. I started playing tennis when I was only six years old in my home country of Venezuela. I played #1 for Paul J. Hagerty High School for 4 years and was the president of the UCF tennis club my junior year. Lets play!

Miguel is very professional and patient. He can find the right approach to students of any age to have them successful on the court. He applies his techniques and experience when coaching, and it's always fun to have lessons with Coach Miguel. He has a fine sense of humor and shows respect to all his students. He is especially great working with the teens! We always feel welcomed on his court, and his sunny personality motivates you to strive to improve your skills. Unfortunately, he is that good, therefore, busy that sometimes it's hard to schedule a private lesson with him.

He always has some advice to give if you’re having trouble with a set, he will make it easier and show you some techniques to improve. He is overall an excellent coach, you can build a good relationship with him, he is very caring and understanding. He also shares some interesting facts about tennis.
