Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe spend the first half of the first lesson going through terms to help us communicate tennis. Last half hitting for hand shots.
Lesson 11+By this time the student should be integrated into match play with the other students at their level. We play the matches to determine what to work on the following week.
Lesson 4-10Bringing together previous lessons and also drills that help the student to become match ready.
Lesson 2-3We will explore backhand and also serve.
What you need to bringStudents should bring water and proper attire. Shorts with pockets helps us hit more balls rather than chasing them.
What I can bring I provide balls and have rackets available.
