Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will first take a look at how you anticipate the ball naturally through a condensed and controlled rally format. From there I will test your movement while also taking a look at your base technique. This will quickly highlight what we need to focus on improving to take your game to the next level.
Lesson 11+Let’s play a full set or abbreviated format that best suits where we are headed to get an idea of all the progress so far as well as where we can put more focus!
Lesson 4-10We will really focus on applying the concepts into live point play scenarios and other live ball action so that you are ready to apply the concepts not only on the practice court but also in your outside competition!
Lesson 2-3We will focus on the couple things that were discovered needing improvement from the first lesson! Starting with feeds and moving into point play application towards the end of the session.
