The lesson will include lots of conversation as well as plenty of repetitions.
Lesson 4-10Refining your movement & game play concepts. Lesson will look like plenty of drills and we will pick up the pace. You’ll serve, learn scoring, and start to find your strengths.
Lesson 2-3Getting comfortable with tennis motions
Practicing the basics of grip, footwork/court movement, contact, & swing.
Drills & games will look like lots of repetitions, plenty of new info, and some fun creative games to help you find success right away.
What you need to bringSupportive shoes you can move in that won’t slip around - tennis shoes, cross trainers, or trail runners are ok (running shoes aren’t the best)
For intermediate students and above, please wear shorts, pants, or skirts with pockets or spandex that can hold a tennis ball or two.
Bring a racquet if you have one, water, and sunglasses or a hat if we’re playing outside.
What I can bringI can provide racquets, balls, hoppers, grip tape, and more - I just need to know in advance exactly what you need.
