I can hit the ball hard now because of the form Coach Matt taught me in my forehand and backhand. I like my forehand better. The games at the end of lessons are fun. I’m 8 years old. Thank you Coach Matt!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI go over the fundamentals of how to hit your backhand and forehand. Making sure the grip, contact point, swing path, and follow through are correct.
Lesson 11+From here you should be able to hit a few shots back and forth with a friend or family member. If not, then more repetition is required and that’s ok! Everyone learns at their own pace.
Lesson 4-10Once this becomes a little bit moe natural, I will start teaching how to serve, return, and volley. While adding movement/footwork required to hit forehands and backhands.
