Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe goal of the first lesson is to get you comfortable! First, we will get started with your grip and learn the different types of swings. We will add some foot work and then start hitting!
Lesson 11+By this point we should be able keep a control rally going in addition to get some basic point construction setups going.
Lesson 4-10We are going to start incorporating drills to apply all the things we have learned and start playing some mini matches. In addition we will introduce volley and some slices for the most advanced players
Lesson 2-3We will review and practice the basics from lesson 1. Once you feel more comfortable we will introduce basic drills and we will start learning the mechanics of a good serve and introduce the rules of the game.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWith advanced players, we will start off by chatting and learning your background, experience, and goals. Then we will get on the court and do some volleys. Once I get a sense of your skills and strengths, we can develop a a strategy!
Youth players
Working with kidsWith kids, my approach is really focused on having fun! We try and turn drills into fun games while incorporating technique.
Working with teenagersFor teenagers, I try to focus on building confidence that will help them stay consistent and reach their individual goals. Weather the goal is high school tennis D1 or just play for fun the plan focuses on making sure every lesson they can feel they are improving
What you need to bringPlease bring water, a racket, and balls if you have them.

We totally understand that life can be unpredictable and plans might change. That's why we've got your back with our flexible cancellation policy, designed to give you peace of mind when booking private sports lessons with our awesome local instructors!

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
