Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLearning grip types, Jogs around the tennis courts, 15 min stretches, practice fundamentals of the serve and volley
Lesson 11+Practice games and matches. Keeping up with the same routine and fundamentals of the game. Learning how to control and pace yourself with shots and placement on the court.
Lesson 4-10Repetitive serve and volley, practice half court games and full court matches
Lesson 2-3Learning the fundamentals of the serve, volleying, positioning yourself on the court, maintaining your control and timing when approaching a shot.
