Every child learns differently, so I adjust each lesson to fit their age, level, and personality. My goal is to create a fun and positive environment where kids feel comfortable, stay engaged, and enjoy learning.
For beginners, I focus on simple fundamentals through games and easy drills to build coordination and confidence. As they improve, I gradually introduce more technique—like proper grip, footwork, and stroke development—at a pace that feels right for them.
I also pay attention to how each child learns best and use a mix of demonstrations, clear instructions, and repetition. Most importantly, I keep lessons encouraging and enjoyable so kids build confidence and develop a genuine love for tennis.
When coaching teenagers, I focus on creating a balance between structure, challenge, and enjoyment. Every player is different, so I adjust each lesson based on their level, goals, and personality.
For teens, I place more emphasis on technique, footwork, and consistency, while also introducing strategy and point play to make sessions more realistic and engaging. I like to challenge them, but in a way that builds confidence rather than pressure.
Communication is key—I keep instructions clear, direct, and relatable, and I encourage players to think about their game and stay involved in the learning process.
My goal is to help them improve technically, grow their confidence, and develop a strong, long-term connection with the game.
