During summer breaks I took time to learn more sports including soccer and basketball while maintaining my tennis skills. The past few years have been interesting as I have picked up a tennis routine again in the midst of covid and would like to share my passion for tennis.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonHolding the racket comfortably and hitting to keep the ball in. Review how to hold the racket depending on the situation and how to move and rotate the body.
What you need to bringTennis shoes and an outfit that you are comfortable running and hitting in. Don't forget a water bottle to stay hydrated.
