Hi I am Lainey; and I’m an experienced junior tennis player. I love helping and coaching kids, helping them find their joy and passion for the sport of tennis while also developing them as a player. I strive to be the best coach possible to create an amazing new generation of tennis players. I prioritize developing a well rounded player, from technique, footwork, on court mind set work, and most importantly, to have fun.

Your first lessonEstablish proper technique, get to know my student, and assess where their skill level is at
Lesson 11+Solid footwork, groundstrokes, and shot variety have now all been implemented into their game. Around this time we can really drill the consistency to make sure these strokes are being executed consistently and well in matches. By the 11th lesson we will also be learning when and how to use them in point play, learning how to construct and finish points.
Lesson 4-10After better technique is established for groundstrokes, more shot variety can start being introduced, and we can start working on volleys, slices, serves, etc.
Lesson 2-3Footwork patters, along with working on groundstrokes, emphasizing improvement in technique and muscle memory
