Youth players
Working with kidsI use the quick start program with students I teach. This program uses a different level of progression for juniors.
Working with teenagersI believe technique is easily taught to teenagers. They can grasp more difficult concepts like top spin. Using an adaptive quick start program gives them a good feel for the ball to start and then transitioning to the adult tennis ball will help them in their all around game strategy.
