Beginner training plan
Your first lessonVaries by age: usually I want to give my client a good idea of how to hold the racquet, get them used to a tennis ball, teach them different strokes and techniques, and some of the necessary footwork
Lesson 11+My client will know how to play points, all the correct footwork to move for balls, how to serve, and hopefully be able to keep up with me!
Lesson 4-10At this point Iād like for my client to be able to hold a rally of 10 balls with me back and forth. I will implement serving into the lessons, and keep up with footwork drills.
Lesson 2-3A beginner can expect to learn how to move for certain balls, the correct grip, how to volley, and have a good sense of the court.
