I took six lessons with Juan, and my game has improved so much! He quickly identified areas for improvement and gave clear, practical tips that made a big difference. My forehand is stronger, my backhand is more consistent, and I feel much more confident on the court. His coaching is patient, encouraging, and effective I highly recommend him!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst we'll learn the basics of tennis, including understanding the rules, scoring, and essential equipment. We'll also cover fundamental skills such as grip, stance, and basic strokes to get you started with confidence.
Lesson 11+Finally we'll apply your skills in real-game scenarios with guided practice sessions, focusing on point construction and match play. We'll introduce you to advanced techniques like topspin, slice, and approach shots, preparing you for more competitive play.
Lesson 4-10Now we'll focus on improving your shot accuracy and control, practicing with both groundstrokes and volleys. We'll work on rallying techniques and begin to introduce you to simple game strategies.
Lesson 2-3Next we'll build on your initial skills by refining your forehand and backhand strokes, and practicing
consistent serves. We'll also introduce you to footwork and basic court positioning to enhance your game play.

Youth players
Working with kidsWhen teaching kids, I adapt my lessons to be fun and engaging, using games and activities that make learning enjoyable. I focus on building a strong foundation in the basics while incorporating age-appropriate drills and exercises that keep their interest and energy levels high. Patience and encouragement are key, as I strive to create a positive and supportive environment where young players feel confident and excited to learn.
Working with teenagersWhen teaching teenagers, I adapt my lessons to balance skill development with the social and competitive aspects that appeal to this age group. I incorporate advanced drills and techniques while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and peer learning. By focusing on both physical fitness and strategic thinking, I help teens develop their skills and confidence, preparing them for competitive play and personal growth in the sport.
